My culinary experiments are getting weirder (yet sometimes tastier, as yesterday proved).
Today: potato-rice-red cabbage-and-spring-onion soup. With garlic. I don’t know how this will work.
They’ve just confirmed the release date for Paloma Faith’s new album and first single.

Can I just say
“Fal’cie are no match for NORA”
is a shitty motto.
Ooh, the bit at the side has changed. I didn’t notice that.
I shall explore my tumblr and see what else has moved around.

ahahaha, that is crazy, scotland’s not exactly known for having good weather, especially not at this time of year. enjoy it while it lasts!
Hey now, I’ll have you know that Scotland in the summer can be wonderful (not quite as hot as England, and usually a breeze, so I like it) :D

it’s been warming up quite a bit in bournemouth for the past week or so, i know london’s been warmer too. i do hope it lasts a while longer, i’m so sick of the cold…
You lot’ll probably have it longer than we will, though. It’s just the fact that it’s February and I’m walking...

it’s warming up alarmingly quickly this year
It’s probably just a very random spike in the weather - I doubt this will last a few days. It’s quite lucky, though, as the university’s open day is today.
First of all, oh look when did the icons change
Secondly, a week ago Aberdeen was freezing and covered in snow. In a week it has risen to twelve degrees. I’m in a sundress.

What exactly did you have to get the operation for? And in regards to being versatile, I’m only ‘good’ at maybe 3 of the things I’ve listed, and good meaning “Not expert or concert level,” in my own opinion.
You don’t have to be a concert performer to be good at something.
My jaws were, basically, very wonky, so they got...

I used to be part of my school’s music program. Several years of trumpet (of which only 6 really count), a year of cello, two years of piano, and various self-instruction on voice and guitar. =] I’m sorry to hear about your jaw, though.
Aha, far more versatile than me, then. The most exciting I got was an interesting years’...

So do you only play piano, or are you trained in other instruments as well?
I reached Grade 7 Flute, but due to a jaw operation (and a disgusting lack of practise) my tone is absolute shite. Still, being in the flute group is motivation enough to play it more than once a week. I assume you play something, then? :)

I actually haven’t heard of Pantera, but classical / classical style playing is amazing. I love writing things to that sort of music, or designing characters to those sorts of themes.
It’s been quite difficult - although I’ve played piano all my life, I was never really immersed in the culture...

theplaidhat replied to your post: Just a heads up, if you like Gotye, you must have great taste in music. I’ve been stuck on that song for days now.
Quite possibly, but this spells well for the beginning. I mean, hell, I listen to ska, symphonic metal, and bo burnham. You wouldn’t guess any of those off of Gotye, but I can pretend I know everything, aye? =P
I try not to have any expectations of...
Ha! I just found two of those itunes spam submissions in my messages. Nice of tumblr to ignore them for me.

I wonder how many people think my URL is a LOTR reference?
sherlockismyholmesboy:
People are already shipping Benedict Cumberbatch with Zachary Quinto
